School Policy
NOTICE TO STUDENTS
Affordable School of Real Estate, LLC is approved by the Real Estate Commission
(School Code: zh1002093) through June 8th 2008 for the purposes of offering
the computer-based courses. All questions pertaining to registration,
refunds, school policy, explanation of state licensing law, final exams,
and the electronic reporting of course completions to the Commission should
be addressed to the School Coordinator at Affordable School of Real Estate,
LLC. We will be glad to assist each student, and can be reached at 407-929-2997.
Should you have any questions regarding the course content, our approved
instructor Chuck Spina, will be glad to assist you and can be reached
at 407-929-2997.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
• IBM PC Compatible Computer (minimum 350 MHz processor with 8MB
RAM)
• SVGA (800x600) video card, driver, and monitor
• Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT/ME/2000/XP
• Internet connection (minimum 56Kbps recommended)
• Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or greater (free download
below)
(System does not support any "Beta" Versions of Internet Explorer)
• Microsoft standard Arial, Times New Roman, Symbol, and Wingdings
fonts
• Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download below)
INSTRUCTOR AVAILABILITY

COURSE EXPIRATION AND REVIEW
All course lessons on the computer must be completed within 180 days from
the date of enrollment. Access to the computer lessons will expire at
midnight on the 180th day after enrollment. You have 90 days to access
and review the course content after you have completed the last lesson
in a course. (Regardless of when the course is completed within the 180
days from enrollment.)
REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPLETING THE COURSE
To complete the course and receive course credit, you must successfully
complete the following requirements:
1. Complete ALL lessons in the course by answering each question correctly
at least twice.
2. Return “Student Affidavit” to Affordable School of Real
Estate, LLC which can be found on the “Course Home Page” at
the time of enrollment. (This document is only accessible once you have
completed all course lessons).
3. Pass the course final examination, if one is required (see “Courses
Available” page).
COURSE MATERIALS
Some courses contain handout materials, which can be accessed online (if
applicable).
EXAMINATION AND GRADING POLICY
When taking the Salespersons Prelicense course, a final examination is
required for course completion. You must pass the exam with a minimum
score of 70% correct to pass the course. If you fail the first exam, you
have to wait 30 days before taking the second exam. Should you fail both
exams, you must re-register and repeat the course from the beginning before
taking the final exam again. A discounted re-enrollment fee will be charged.
STUDENT AFFIDAVIT
All students participating in distance learning and correspondence courses
must complete an affidavit certifying compliance with the course requirements.
The “Student Affidavit” can be accessed on the “Course
Home Page” once a student has completed all course lessons. This
statement must be Signed, Dated, and Returned to Affordable School of
Real Estate, LLC before any student can receive credit for a distance
learning course. This statement certifies that each student has personally
completed each lesson of instruction.
CERTIFICATION
Once you have completed your course, we will electronically notify the
Department of Business and Professional Regulations of your course completion.

NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
Affordable School of Real Estate, LLC will not discriminate on the basis
of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, handicap, or familial
status in the establishment of fees, entrance qualifications or standards
for successful completion of any course.
